I’m Therese Cormier, a licensed Mortgage Agent with Mortgage Architects and Realtor with RE/MAX Escarpment who has spent years guiding clients through some of the most meaningful financial and lifestyle decisions of their lives. My career journey began with a strong educational start at St. Francis Xavier University where I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration. After a decade in sales in the consumer packaged goods business, I made a pivot to the family business of real estate. My work has always centered on education, service, advocacy and long-term sustainability—helping clients feel confident not just in what they’re buying, but in how they’re building their future. I work in the business of relationships, not transactions.

Becoming a Mortgage Agent was a natural evolution of my career. Through my experience as a Realtor, I’ve seen firsthand that real estate success doesn’t end with finding the right property—it begins with securing the right financing. By integrating mortgage services into my practice, I’m able to offer a more seamless, holistic experience, bringing both sides of the transaction together under one trusted relationship.
